"Over the past 18 months, I’ve reflected numerous times on my fitness and health journey that began in March of 2023 when I met personal trainer, Dolores Everett. I ask myself, why are we so hard on ourselves and why do we give up so easily when progress is not happening fast? There were plenty of times when I was ready to throw in the towel and say, “I quit”! With the help and encouragement from Dolores I have finally reached the milestone of losing 50 lbs. and over 41 inches total body all while gaining more physical strength and muscle mass than I ever have at age 55. Dolores has been a true inspiration with her kindness and caring heart! I look forward to my workouts and I enjoy the different workout routines she creates to keep my body guessing. She ensures that my technique is correct to avoid injury and encourages me to achieve maximum results. My diet has changed drastically after attending one of her PFC3 coaching sessions. Afterward, I decided to eat mostly plant-based, which has lowered my cholesterol and has allowed me to discontinue my high blood pressure medication after being on it for 15 years.
