I have worked as a fitness professional for over 35 years. Happily married for 33 years and I have 4 children, 1 granddaughter, 3 fur babies, and live in PA.
I love to stay active by running, biking, paddleboarding, hiking with my pups, rucking, swimming, strength training,
Growing up being the youngest of 6 girls, I saw my sisters try so many different unhealthy diets.
Seeing them struggle led me down the fitness path to help and educate others on a healthy lifestyle through exercise or movement and healthy eating. Most clients struggle with the nutrition and want the magic pill. I met Carrie through her diet disruptive program and Mark through taking Venice Nutrition and once they partnered together with PFC3 I knew in my heart this would be the program everyone needs for the one part they were missing. This was the missing puzzle piece.
I thought I was well educated in nutrition but after going through the PFC3 program I realized there was a lot I did not know about balancing Protein Fat and Carbs and knew I had to share this with all of my clients so they could start living with Food Freedom, change their mindset around food and get off the hamster wheel of what we thought was healthy.
Living with Food Freedom finally gave me the blueprint to balance my hormones.
It also gave me a balanced program that I felt confident sharing with my clients so they could achieve Food Freedom. No longer counting calories and macros. No longer spending many hours planning their meals only for them to not follow due to the fact that this was their plan but they didn’t plan it. One of the things I love about PFC3 is my clients get to choose their own foods and there is so much education around this program. I enjoy educating them to achieve 1% a day.
For me I realized my own body was not balanced. As a trainer my days would be long where if I wasn’t prepared I was not eating balanced. Now I know to make sure I have balanced meals prepared and ready to go. It was a game changer for me.
I love to help clients realize they can and are worthy of change:
From no energy to keeping up with their kids/ grandkids, animals to helping them regain that energy to play, walk, hike, bike, kayak, paddle, and run with their kids
Feeling the struggles of a new move, job, situation to feeling more confident to what life throws a them and educate them on how they can handle their stress in a more healthier way.
Losing control around food to educating them on how to balance their blood sugar so they can control their food in a healthier way
Using different training techniques to help them exercise even if they have injuries that are preventing them from doing so.
CHANGING THEIR MINDSET!!!
