Join me for 8 weeks to learn how to properly learn form and technique in the weight room at Northampton Community College 

 

Empower your body and build lasting strength in this dynamic weight training class designed specifically for women. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to level up your fitness routine, this class focuses on proper form, muscle toning, and overall strength development. Using a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll target major muscle groups in a supportive, motivating environment.

Expect a full-body workout that enhances metabolism, boosts confidence, and helps you sculpt lean, functional muscle — without the bulk. Each session includes a warm-up, guided strength circuits, core training, and a restorative cool-down.

 MELT Method is a simple self-treatment method that is clinically proven to reduce CHRONIC PAIN. 

Our gentle massaging techniques along with our soft tools and movements  increase fluid flow through the hands and feet to the whole body's connective tissue (fascia), thereby creating a chain reaction and reducing pain, stiffness, stress and tension. MELT techniques are easy, yet effective, and based on the concept that you don't have to cause pain to get out of pain.
