As we welcome in 2025 lets cherish the memories of 2024 and celebrate all that we have achieved!!

"Over the past 18 months, I’ve reflected numerous times on my fitness and health journey that began in March of 2023 when I met personal trainer Dolores Everett.

I ask myself, why are we so hard on ourselves and why do we give up so easily when progress is not happening fast? There were plenty of times when I was ready to throw in the towel and say, “I quit”!
